after walkaround and visiting a houses heres my HONEST opinion. sig nu- house is legit, just all the guys are tools and dont wanna surround myself with them. delta chi-great group of guys but even told me they dont throw ragers but small partys.athletic theta chi-great group of guys, nice house, off campus, and soon to be legit. def will be top house sae largest frat nationally but smoke too much weed. sig chi- all douches, arent helpful at all. fiji-athletic, nice dudes, chill alpha sig-legit house, good group of guys, gentleman.
