1. Pi Kapp 2. SAE 3. PIKE 4. Dsig 5. Sig Pi 6. FIJI 7. Lambda 8. KA 9. Sig Nu 10. Phi Tau Everyone Else Pi Kapp is still top house for now because they are the most social fraternity and have the best sorority relations. SAE throws some of the best parties and top sororities like them a lot. PIKE is pretty good at everything and looks like top house. They throw good parties and girls like them. Dsig has been falling a little recently but just took a pretty good class and have a good draw to their parties. Sig Pi has improved a lot with their past few classes. They throw good parties and have improved sorority relations. FIJI has been steady for a while and is pretty well rounded. They do the most philanthropy work of all frats. Lambda has been falling for a while now but is still a good house. They have good brotherhood but can't out throw anyone ahead of them. KA has good numbers and strong sorority relations. They have the potential to improve a lot. Sig Nu does a lot of things well but they don't throw parties often so they are here. Phi Tau had the most potential out of the remaining frats so they get the spot.
