I agree with both, it may not be easy for everyone to pass depending on their circumstances, and I would be happy to treat anyone who identifies as a woman just the same as any cis girl rushing. If a woman in my sorority came out as a trans man or non-binary I’d be cool w that too. However, if someone doesn’t identify as a woman when they rush I’m not sure why they would want to be in a women’s group because sororities are for women, and there are plenty of other places to make friends. I know people in sororities at other schools who have pushed for the girls to not be referred to as “sisters” because it’s exclusive, and I think that’s too far. They’re a safe space for women, whether trans or cis in my opinion
