Might be good for the fraternity as a whole, but seems like it sucks for the guys who have to live in it???? But is it worth the price? And also having to share a bedroom again for another year? And what about parties? I don’t want to spend 1/2 my college career (dorms then frat house) not being able to party where I live. That would suck.
