I’m looking to pledge a frat this fall But, I’m wondering about if campus frats vs ones that live in the dorms that are the GLV. Why would ASU build that? I’m looking forward to living in the dorms this year. But I don’t want to share a room for my sophomore or junior year. Why would frats sign leases for those places? You can’t even party in there? Or do parties happen and it’s just low key?
