Nothing you wrote is specific to Sigma Kappa, the local chapter, or the ladies in your pledge class. As a Greek alum, with a graduate degree ( many years of higher edu), and almost 30 years in the professional world- private sector and Federal Government, the traits you described are just human. I’m actually sitting on a conference call right now listening to strategy on dealing with employees that have “low emotional intelligence “. I didn’t make up that phrase. You’ll be dealing with these people the rest of your life. Ugh.
