The best/biggest house on Alpha Drive was Sigma Nu. All the houses on Alpha Drive have been torn down, and Sigma Nu is also gone. The fraternity with the biggest house now (complex) is SigEp...the fraternity with the best house is either Sigma Chi or Alpha Sig. These "houses" are former apartment complexes, with every room rented by the fraternity. They are as dirty as you would expect a place to be that houses 30+ college students who drink all the time and party.
