Look up all the C level executives at Goldman Sachs. Almost all of them were in greek life. Recruiters are at the bottom of the food chain in corporate structure and that was probably just his personal opinion because he probably didn’t get a bid in college. The truth is that greek life opens up new doors by giving you tons of new connections. You also learn people skills and leadership skills, which are very useful in life and can’t be taught like excel skills can be taught.
