Yeah - you hit the nail on the head. The top houses all have solid qualities and the choice of top houses is easy considering the recent events leading up to spring. PiKapp and Kappa Sig as said could be ranked abit lower, but still decent houses. Sig Chi was a top house in like 2008 but has been on the decline. Without spring pledges it's going to hurt them in the long run. Lambda is a decent group of brothers but none of them had a pledge process so it's for the kids that don't want to be hazed.
