Go check out DZ’s recent post. Looks matter. Alpha phi is pretty much the same. AXO is trying to be like the top two but not happening. They seem to take more average looking girls like the mid tier groups. If you’re hot, dress cute, have a nice Instagram with decent amount of followers, it doesn’t matter what you say in interviews. They already know who they want ahead of time. Grades help too as long as they’re decent. Look hot and dress trendy. You need to stand out! There is going to be a lot of competition.
