S Tier: Delta Sig Sig Chi A Tier: Lambda Fiji Pi Kapp B Tier: Pike SAE Phi Tau C Tier: Sig Pi KA Sig Nu D Tier: Alpha Sig Sig Tau Delt F Tier: Any frat not listed above Delta Sig and Sig Chi being in the top tier is a no brainer. I don’t really have to explain that. Lambda isn’t nearly as good as them because of their B team weighing them down, but Lambda is still Lambda and they’ll always be pretty relevant. Fiji is just a slightly worse version of Lambda with a worse reputation. Pi Kapp would be higher but their membership review a little while ago really hurt them. Pike and SAE both throw pretty decent parties and have good sorority relations but they lack top tier dudes. Phi Tau would be higher but they’re thrown just one party in the past year and their last two pledge classes have been pretty weak. With Zac Efron graduating too, it’s hard to see them doing well in the near future. Sig Pi is only ahead of KA because KA has declined that much. Sig Pi hasn’t really gotten any better. Both frats are the definition of mediocre. Sig Nu has surprisingly decent parties and sorority relations, but they’re still just meh. Alpha Sig is pretty ratchet and that’s all they have going for them. Sig Tau used to be relevant but now nobody even talks about them anymore. And Delt is just a worse version of Alpha Sig.
