They won’t demo or raze the glv. They will just repurpose it and make it dorms. That was their backup plan the entire time. Think of how cool those dorm brochures will look to 16 and 17 year olds high school students coming in from Chicago, California and New York. “Stay in old frat houses as a dorm, share a kitchen with “only” 30 other people”. You can just imagine the brochures now with the computer generated humans walking along with CGI palm trees and a picnic table in the quad. Grrrrrrr
