Ummm im in one of the houses that are considered “top” and i have never been pressured or felt pressured to do any of these things. For recruitment every sorority wants to present themselves nicely and everyone wears makeup. No one in my chapter has been forced to dye their hair or look tan. Im not sure what house these people are talking about but mine is not like that in the slightest
