Top Tier: Best houses on campus. Best parties and overall has the best looking guys to goober ratio. Every frat has questionable guys, but the least amount are in these. 1. Delta Sig 2. Sig Chi 3. Lambda High Tier: These two are always consistent. Many will wonder where Pi Kapp is. They lost a majority of their members recently due to nationals on their ass. 4. Pike 5. Fiji Upper Mid Tier: Respectable houses overall. 6. Kappa Sig 7. Chi Phi 8. Pi Kapp 9. KA Middle Tier: Average houses that are somewhat respected. 10. Phi Tau 11. SAE 12. Sig Tau 13. SAE 14. Sig Nu Lower Mid: Solid houses. 15. Sig Pi 16. Delt 17. Alpha Sig Upper Bottom: Somewhat irrelevant. Has potential though. Mostly newer houses or growing ones. 18. Phi Kapp 19. ZBT 20. Acacia 21.
