Delta Sig/Sigma Chi & Alpha Phi/DZ --------------------------------- Both are the best looking houses on campus and are top houses in their respective categories. Lambda & Pi Phi --------------------------------- Just a small gap below the top. Probably the best house in the upper tiers, but not exactly top. Basically the "lite" versions of the top houses. Pike/FIJI/Ksig & AXO -------------------------------------- This is where the high-middle tiers start coming into play. All of these are houses that just miss the threshold of top. Simply because they don't throwdown hard enough or aren't THAT good looking. This is the tier where the most arrogance is unfortunately. KA/Pi Kapp/Phi Tau/SAE & DG --------------------------------------- I wouldn't say this is middle-middle tier. This is where slightly above average. They throwdown pretty hard and like to have fun, but recruit some questionable guys that hold them back. This is the tier where if you have a good GPA they keep you around so nationals don't get on your ass. Chi Phi/SAE/Sig Nu & KKG ---------------------------------- The tier that's typically seen on campus hating on others. This is the middle of mid tier for sure. But definitely are higher than most just because there's so many GR organizations. They wanna convince you their top so badly but unfortunately lack in some key aspects. They either down throwdown hard enough or have some goobers. Sig Tau/Alpha Sig/Phi Tau/Sig Pi/DTD & Theta ------------------------------------ I would say this is slightly below average but still in the mid tier realm. Usually pretty humble houses that still know their place. Tbh, most people respect them just because they aren't spamming on Greek Rank. So I would say just slightly above bottom of mid tier. Phi Kapp/Theta Chi/ZBT/Beta/Acacia & XO/KD/AOii ------------------------------------ This is bottom of middle tier. Most people would rank these bottom but if you think of how many chapters there are (especially frats) many worse ones than these. This is where everyone is pretty close in their chapter but some arrogance here for sure. They really want to stand out as much as they can to climb. Phi Psi/AEPi/Sammy/Theta Xi & SK/ADPi --------------------------------------- Top of lower tier houses. Definitely are still not horrible by any means and after these guys there's a hugeeee gap betweeen lower tier and bottom. Triangle(jk) & Res & AGD/Phi Rho ------------------------------- The worst houses on campus. Not really much to say. I wouldn't say no one is a "social club" just because we're in GreekLife for a reason. But yeah if you hear of any other frat/srat listed above I can guarantee you they are better than these. \n\n\n\n\n
