The pool of PNM's was really good this year. Every chapter should have a very solid PC class. I do agree with OP that you can not move up or down but one spot recruiting because the statistics are based on 3 years. i do think that a phi stumbled this year and may of lost their top recruiting spot. I also think one of the better recruiting chapters killed it in recruitment and may be recruiting in the top spot now.
