Maybe every organization got the very girls that belong in their houses (we hope) & I KNOW all of those PCs have alllll different kinds of women that hopefully find friendship in their new organization. It really doesn't matter WHO is top & WHO is middle if they have the sisters/friends that want to be there & want to be involved in their new houses!
