From the list of IFC chapters, ΣΧ, ΣΦΕ, ΣΝ, ΣΤΓ ΣΠ, ΣΑΕ, ΣΑΜ. I would rate all 7 based on popularity and name with 4 tiers. Some obviously have better parties than others and some are larger than others. But I think all are on the rise, aside from Sig Pi which has slightly fallen behind, and SAE still being new they could do better with their brotherhood. Sig Nu and Sig Tau are improving. Sig chi and sig ep always have good parties but many consider them to be dumb as bricks or they haze too much. ΣΑΜ has always been a smaller name, they are involved but could improve their size
