What is the point of tiers? I have been lead to believe that pledging a fraternity is about find guys that you get along with, and share similar interests. In my unexpert opinion, wouldn't be better to join a fraternity in which you like the majority if not all the members. I suppose that aligning with the top fraternity is great if your a freshman girl, but as a guy how important is it to pledge the top house?
