You'll meet way way more people and have more access to more fun things. Yes you can still go to frat parties as a geed but you probably won't know anyone there, thus less fun. The girls in your sorority will generally have a lot in common with you and you're a lot more likely to meet some of your best friends through it. A lot of relations / networking and people to be met that could get you jobs in the future.
