There are several NPC sororities that engage in interviews with every chapter member on a yearly basis. Nothing bad is happening, the nationals simply want to find out if their collegiate chapters are being run/maintained as expected using preferred sorority methods. These organizations consider individual member interviews in a closed setting the best way to garner complete, confidential and necessary chapter information. Women who join these sororities are normally informed before they initiate that national yearly individual interviews are performed in order measure a chapter's health and to gage where the national org can assist a chapter in performance issues.
