having a "dry house" refers to not allowing alcohol in an official chapter house. Since this is ASU and the only fraternity that has an official house with letters on the outside and all that is FIJI, this doesnt apply. Even if they got a plex again like they had a few years back, it still wouldn't be an official house and wouldn't apply.
