ASU downtown is still part of ASU. Anyone in any of the 4 ASU campuses can rush any fraternity. You just have to come to Tempe for any/all events as that's where every chapter is based. ASU downtown is not a different school, so it doesn't have a separate greek life. If you do go greek, I recommend moving to Tempe next year when you aren't required to live in the dorms and lightrailing to classes downtown. You'll feel more apart of the experience.
