@lol by "breaking down" someone you must refer to HAZING. All Universities ban hazing HUNDREDS of pledges have died in "hazing" incidents since the inception of the two tier membership process, How many of your pledges have been murdered by your fraternity while you tried to "break them down"? sounds real "mature" to me...
