when is "will soon fold?" sig chi, tke have been off campus since spring 14. They've been rolling for over 2 years. It's not like they got kicked yesterday and we don't know what will happen. If nationals' haven't pulled their charters after 2 years off campus, they aren't gonna pull em. With how unstable greek life is here (a couple houses getting kicked off per year), you are probably safer going OFC because atleast you know how their nationals will respond to losing campus affiliation. Instead, you could rush an on campus house, watch it get kicked off, and learn that your nationals is much less supportive and see your house die instantly. You're only in college for 4 years, enjoy it. Don't spend it worrying about ASU.
