I thought fraternities like DKE and Sig Chi would become irrelevant once they go off campus? Apparently DKE still throws down, and had a lot of girls come through their pool party this weekend. & Sig Chi has no problem throwing a rager with a solid ratio.. So which one is it? Im thinking of rushing OFC in the fall and i need opinions so i dont waste my time.
