In all honesty since 2011 a lot has changed so you should not be as concerned about because all it takes is a year or two of good pledge classes and boom you can move up quick Fraternity whise 2011 the top was KA PKA, DX, and sig ep, and some say LXA Out of those 5 only DX is still on campus, KA is coming back and will probably move back up, sig ep is a underground society and completely irrelevant, pike although consistently staying at top is still off campus and who knows how long that will last. And LXA is completely gone Delt was moving up quick and got in trouble, lost a lot of guys and within two years went from mid, to top, to lower mid like that Sorority whise DZ was considered very good, SK was mediocre, aphi was ok at best, phi mu was aweful and KD chi o and adpi were top houses Since then adpi and KD have stayed the same, chi o went down to mid for a bit but has come back up strong (id say neck and neck with sk depending on what your into)SK went from low mid to low top (one of the top 4 now for sure) phi mu went from the worst on campus to making their way to upper middle, and DZ dropped from top to low mid at best There's also been tons of new frats and sororities that have been added that change things up a lot as well. So with all that being said, the message is check everyone out, go with who you click with best, regardless of teir, and who knows by the time you leave you could be the pledge class that gets you to the top, or keeps you there
