I disagree with just the #1 section--although chi o is not at the same level with kd and a dpi, they are just as sought after during recruitment. They drop girls like crazy; I've seen it both as a pnm and as a rho. sigma kappa also does super well during recruitment, but don't usually end up with super good girls.
