They want girls who will be here all 4 years as it helps with both numbers and their overall likelihood of involvement. They also think about the pledge class as a whole and whether a junior is going to bond with their freshman peers. With that being said juniors do get accepted into sororities just maybe not by every chapter. Give it a chance and keep an open mind as you go through.
