Literally why does this matter? I have seen girls go through recruitment get a chapter because it's what everyone says is the best and then they re rush for the "lower tier" that they felt at home with originally. The sororities with the best PCs are the ones that chose that sorority for the people not some fake ass rank that isn't even recognized by the school or most of Greek life.
