Well, considering Sig Chi had the biggest pledge class for spring rush (also had the largest amount of people who rushed in the spring for any fraternity) , was in the top 5 in the nation for raising the most money of any chapter for Derby Days (which involves all the sororities in a fun, competitive manner), and their Sweetheart just won International Sigma Chi Sweetheart, it's pretty safe to say that they are on the top along with SAE.
