Can someone explain to me how frats that have done well the past few rushes, had consistent mixers, have decent basements, and are getting decent houses next year like SN, Pikap, and LXA are "falling"? But frats that have been kinda ehhh with rush, are somewhat consistent with mixers, have few houses and no basements, and are kind of stagnant with next year housing prospects like SigEp and Delta Sig "rising"?
