Pike-Losing that house (?) but will still remain very good as long as they aren't the next to get kicked off KA-similar to Pike, but in a worse situation with houses. Have places in forest that help with their mixers ATO- Who knows? They can take multiple routes and some of it will depend on if they get to stay affiliated with nationals. SN- Have Colonial now, which might be the best party house in Harrisonburg, but still have some odd kids. Their assets make them good either way. PiKapp-don't know anyone in it, and have no idea where their houses are, but they mix well. Pretty good but probably will stay only that. DX-Have one of the best houses. Took the route of renaming their fraternity but it might actually work for them. Younger guys seem weird though. SX-Not initiating many pledges. Still surviving from reputation and a couple decent houses. It will be a while if they come back. SigEp-predominantly nova kids from my experience. Decent overall but they need a signature house to move up. KS-still have the occasional banger w/ other frats and mixers. Getting some pledges. Doubt they'll fade entirely. LXA and SigEp were both off for a number of years and came back eventually. LXA- Got KS' smaller house. Big pledge class possibly improving. DS and Fiji- no idea dont know many of them Overall, it seems JMU is trending towards anti-greek, and the margin between on and off campus is shrinking. It is definitely an interesting situation.
