Basically it's based on all aspects of greek life; sisterhood/brotherhood, attractiveness, competitiveness, philanthropy and social life. I know this tends to make people angry because they say greek life shouldn't be based on "parties" or "looks" but that's just the way it goes. I left out gpa because when most freshman rush, they don't have a gpa yet so not every sorority/frat has ALL smart people.
