As far as I can see there really isn't any set of tiers. It's all a matter of personal preferences. At "top tier" frat parties I've met "bottom tier" sorority girls in the crowd and at "bottom tier" frat parties I've met "top tier" sorority girls in the crowd and everyone always seems to be having a good time no matter who is hosting. Everybody should stop worrying about who has a certain opinion about someone else because in the end nobody will ever be universally liked and nobody will ever be universally hated. Everyone has their fans and has good times with them and that's all that matters.
