Delta Chi was really a good group for their first 10-12 years and didn't start to decline until the las 2-3years. From what I hear, JMU, the groups advisor, and the ΔΧ headquarters people tried hard to address the issues but there was a core group that just didn't want to listen, and when their charter got pulled they formed PBX.
