best house is obviously gingerbread on south main just because it’s the only actual “frat house”. the only other frat houses that are good are mountain view who's owned by asig and main on south main that’s owned by pbx. ka has the 2 old pike houses down south main aswell but doesn’t have the basement or size of asigs and pbx main house. gingerbread clears though
