The fact that you think someone else's opinion is laughable.....is laughable. This site is for people's opinions and if you disagree you shouldn't put people down or tell them they are wrong. If you didn't realize tiers take time/generations to really change completely. People make first impressions with frats/sororitys and those generally stick with you until you graduate. In turn, if you witnessed a fraternity that was good as a freshman you generally think they are in the same tier when you graduate even if the younger people in your frat/sorority view otherwise, (whether higher or lower). The frats/sororitys you have to watch out for that are on the rise are the ones that are hanging with all the younger members in greek life....
