They “Lost recognition in Spring 2019 due to violating probation and sanctions levied after a hazing violation” so they are no longer recognized as a TKE chapter by jmu or their nationals but the guys probably still recruit, party and have houses as an off campus/unofficial fraternity. That means that they technically aren’t a fraternity and arent able to have registered mixers or be on campus to host events as TKE
