I agree that phi mu and alpha phi are top tier, but mostly because they've been on campus a long time and are very established sororities... I don't necessarily think that all phi mus are "sweet" or that all a phi's are "partiers" i also agree with "Geed" that each sorority has changed a lot, even over the past 4 years. so the "top tier" or "bottom tier" will change pretty frequently with each pledge class... case probs.
