I'd switch it around a little bit to Top: SigEp, ATO Upper Mid: Zete, SigPi Mid: SigNu, ZBT Lower Mid: AEPi, DTD Bottom: Kappa Sig, SigChi DTD is definitely higher than Kappa Sig and SigChi, I don't see SigNu on the same level as Zete and SigPi, and ZBT higher than AEPi especially due to AEPi's suspension.
