members live in the chapter houses their sophomore year typically. A senior/satellite house is where juniors & seniors live but it's technically not affiliated, and sometimes they throw parties/daygers there. Frats especially. I think every sorority house will have 150-190 girls after this rush. Frats do rush more often and their pledge classes are anywhere from 10 guys to 50, depending on the quarter/house, so their # of members ranges. I think frats & sororites are equally popular. However You don't need to rush to have a social life like at some schools. There isn't a big divide between Greek vs. Non Greek either, people in Greek life just pay more to party, I've noticed a lot more rich/spoiled people in Greek life.
