All looks correct, but ZBT could join that top rung pretty soon with the double freshman classes their getting. Zete could also potentially make moves. ATO is stagnant, but won't fall. Same with Sig Ep By this time next year I can see the top being Sig Ep, ATO, Zeta, and ZBT in no particular order. So good for all of them. below that tier it is going to be a power struggle and nobody knows how it'll end up.
