ZBT is the newest. They get a little better every quarter so I think they are definitely going places but still easily bottom 3. Overall I would say there's no harm in checking them out - especially early in rush week so you can get your name in and then try to get into higher ranked houses. If you dont get a bid from Phi Sig or Sig Ep you can hopefully get a bid from ZBT you will have a MUCH better college experience with them than you would as a geed any way.
