First I don’t think it’s far to put pi phi below aphi and dg. They are still the most respected sorority by all of the fraternities. Maybe their recent classes have been eh but their name still carries the most prestige. I also think that whole zete narrative has changed this year. They have many of the best sophomores in Greek life and are trying harder as a fraternity while still keeping their vibe as the chillest house.
