SigEp— Pretty much undisputed top atm despite lots of trouble with nationals. ZBT and Sig Pi— ZBT was a tier 1 house at the beginning of last year but were suspended much 21-22 and will definitely slide without a good fall q. Sig pi made a huge turnaround from a house that was in shambles the beginning of last year. ATO— Too polarizing to be higher. House is filthy, quarterlies are underwhelming but they have a strong brotherhood and some diehard fans. Zete and Sig Chi— Zete is definitely the more respected house in terms of guys but it is totally unique in how it operates. If you’re looking for classic fraternity stuff— expensive quarterlies and formals— sig chi wins. KSig— nice guys DTD\n\n\n\n\n
