this is very much a scare tactic by one of the houses still in recruitment... not even a smart one, bc if someone accepts your bid bc they think other houses won't be doing COB and then those houses DO end up doing COB they're just going to drop your house, or end up resenting it Treat this like any other recruitment. If you can see yourself in at least one of the houses you pref at, sign the MRABA. If not, withdraw. It's not about the other chapters, it's about the options you have in front of you right now.
