If they need more members after recruitment they could COB as early as next week. but no one has any clue what chapters will be doing COB (not even the chapters themselves) either this quarter or winter quarter you honestly have nothing to lose by reaching out to the chapters you're interested in after recruitment and telling them that you'd love to know if/when they're doing COB
