recently a few of my friends dropped pi phi and sadly this is all TRUE. They will literally hide girls they deem less attractive in their kitchen all day long throughout rush and have the "hotter" girls recruit ever party so PNMs only see a fraction of their chapter. Their sisterhood sucks and I wouldn't even think about rushing here as a second year / transfer as their cliques are already built and there's a low chance you even make friends in your own class :( Join another house that accepts and supports ALL of their members and cares about real friendships!
