This is definitely the truth and happens among the “top” houses. In many peoples eyes being “top” meanings having the prettiest girls, most superficial IG feed and just appearing as “picture perfect”. As leading women, we need to steer AWAY from that and hopefully people speak up in their organizations to stop this unhealthy cycle. Recruitment for “top” sororities is all tactics to get the “best” aka the prettiest girls by dirty rushing, hiding their “non attractive” girls during recruitment and setting up a front to seem like a picture perfect sisterhood when honestly everything you see during recruitment is staged/an act. Most of you will realize this the second recruitment is over which is why a lot of people drop shortly after.
